Account Deletion

You can delete your RasoiOS account and request removal of associated personal data at any time. This page satisfies Google Play's account deletion URL requirement and Apple's account deletion disclosure requirements.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated business data by using the Delete Account option available inside the RasoiOS mobile application (Android and iOS) or by contacting rasoios.team@gmail.com.

To delete your account from the RasoiOS POS app (Android or iOS):

• Open RasoiOS POS and sign in.
• Go to Settings → Delete Account.
• Review the warning about data that will be removed.
• Enter your password if you use email/password login.
• Type DELETE in the confirmation field and tap Delete Account.

In-app deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days. You will be signed out once deletion is complete. If you are the primary owner, deletion may remove staff access and operational data for the linked business — export records you need before proceeding.

Email rasoios.team@gmail.com from your registered account email. Include:

• Full name and registered email or phone number;
• Restaurant or business name;
• Whether you want full business data deletion or user-only removal;
• Staff accounts that should also be removed.

We verify ownership and complete verified email requests within 30 days.

After confirmed deletion, we remove or anonymize:

• Login credentials and authentication tokens;
• User profile information (name, email, phone);
• Device registration and push notification tokens;
• Personal preferences linked to your user account;
• Restaurant operational data you request to delete, where no legal retention applies.

We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate purposes:

• Billing and tax records: Billing, invoice, and tax records may be retained for up to 8 years as required under Indian tax and accounting law.
• Security and fraud logs: Security and fraud-prevention logs may be retained for up to 12 months.
• Backup copies: Encrypted backup copies may persist up to 90 days before automatic purging.
• Aggregated analytics: Aggregated or de-identified analytics may be retained indefinitely.

Deleting your RasoiOS account does not automatically cancel subscriptions billed through Google Play or Apple App Store. Cancel platform subscriptions separately in Google Play → Subscriptions or Apple Settings → Subscriptions before or after account deletion to avoid future charges.

Subscriptions billed through Razorpay on our website should be cancelled via the owner portal or by contacting rasoios.team@gmail.com. See our Refund Policy.

If you ordered food through a restaurant using RasoiOS QR ordering or customer apps, contact that restaurant for order-related data requests. RasoiOS processes such data on the restaurant's behalf.
